We already knew that though, right?
Okay, I admit I have been somewhat up and down with him this past season, begging for his return to the Devils lineup and then shunning him to the dog house, but overall I really like Mr. Greene.
And it’s a good thing too, as Louie Lams has signed Andy to a two-year, $1.2 million contract.
That’s cheap as poo, and we like cheap as poo because we need all the money we can get right now!
Thanks Andy, it’s nice to see you enjoy the Kool-Aid. Tell your bud Scott Gomez to take a sip, see if he enjoys it.
…who are we kidding, Gomez is probably allergic to gosh darn Kool-Aid.
Bastard.

this is very good for us. i was pleased with greenes effort in the later and post season, i just hope he fits in to produce a whole lot more next season.

great sign, he deserves the money (for those who may think its a bit high O.o).. they really need an offensive defenseman for their PP, can’t always depend on Rafalski (who might be not even be a Devil next season)

Good deal, He was very impressive so far, and I’m looking forward to watching Him develop,I think that His salary is reasonable for what He does and will bring to the team. Supposably Gomez said from Alaska that He has not even talked to Lou and does not expect to until after He takes in some offer’s, and His people more or less said that He is looking for a fresh start some where else, but of course they added the token that’s not saying He definately won’t be back in NJ next year statement.

This is a great deal all around. Lou gets him for two years at a low price, so there is money for other players. Greene gets to have a one way contract. I am loving this deal.

That’s really awesome, considering how well he played, and he took a pay cut.

sorry off subject, but i just saw phillips-emery’s fuck up goal, wow that was terrible. wish it coulda been us there instead, i’d like to think that rafalski and brodeur would never do that. ottawa is playing like they have unlimited games to do this.

A very smart signing by Lou….Greene is only going to get better on this team and I really like his upside. And Pat this is definitely confirmed…so great news for the Devs.

Congrats to Scotty Neids on his 4th Cup. And this one he gets to share with his brother, which should get his mom off his back.
Now can he come home and help us out?
