I'm reading right from his TSN scouting report and one of the knocks on his game is his skating, however, they say he plays a simple game and isn't a big risks when he is on the ice. Sounds promising. I wonder if he will stick with the big team. I'd much rather have a forward who fights than a defenseman only because of the minutes that are lost and how the rest of the guys have to pick up the extra minutes. I wonder if he can play any wing? At least he seems to be a decent defenseman. He was AHL - First All-Star Team last year as well as winning the Eddie Shore Trophy (Oustanding Defeseman).
