I think I explained that though Langenbrunner still plays too much most of our good top forwards are older guys (minus Zajac and Parise)... over-playing them now is going to burn them out later in crunch time, and how can you rate the skills of a Vrana and a Bergfors if they don't get a sniff of useful ice time (or even play in garbage time games to SHOW SOMETHING) Yes this team is good now but imagine a productive Vrana or Bergfors out there... then it's THREE quality lines and a 4th line who takes names and heads! It was the PROPER TIME to let the kids play with so many vets out... see what they got and not burn out what is there, it'a penny-wise and dollar foolish!!
