anyone see that Langenbrunner might need surgery, and if so, would miss the 1st couple of months to start the season ? If so, better to get it over with and healed now so that he’s at full speed for the playoffs.
If he’s out, it looks like it might open the opportunity for Clarkson, and maybe even Bergfors if he impresses Sutter.
I can see Clarkson with Zajac and Parise, to provide the toughness on the line. Throw Bergfors on the 4th line, to break him in slowly, play him with Brylin and Viuhkola or Rupp.
