SPECIAL: Patricia and the Canadian Nation

WHAT THE HECK IS PATRICIA AND THE CANADIAN NATION?
Oh, good question. You see, I will be in Quebec this weekend. Naturally, I will be attending the Devils game, among other things. But come on, what is a trip to Canada without a hockey game, right?
I will be documenting my trip through photo and words and will post it up here on 2MA when I return to the United States. Think of it as a wordy photo journal, if you will.
WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
I think it would be neat. Don’t you? Come on. You are totally excited for this. Admit it.
Besides, I’ll likely otherwise be too intoxicated from that oh-so-glorious Canadian beer to even remember my weekend, so having the trip documented through photo would be, well, a good way to remember things. No doubt!
Alas, let’s hope for a Black ‘n Red win in Martreal. I would quite enjoy that.

I’m going on a Canada trip this weekend too, catching the Black ‘n Red in Toronto. Good times.

Patricia that picture is hysterical! have fun in Montreal. Not to beat a dead horse, but Brylin needs to center the fourth line between Rupp and Asham and Clarkson needs to move up to the third line wing. I like his spirt; however, Rupp is just to slow to play center.Rupp is a -9. Overall, the Devils are a pretty fast team. The Canes looked like the fastest team I saw all year the other night.

I was going to go to this game in Montreal, but didn’t end up having enough time. Sounded like a good time, the Habs games in the Prudential Center and that’s just the few fans that make the rip. Have a great time!

This is my third Devils/Habs game in Montreal — they’re always a BLAST. I’m really excited, that’s for sure. It’s going to be quite the weekend.

I was actually going to this game for my birthday. i was gonna drive up tomorrow and go skating up there and do some stuff and of course go to the game. it was actually kind of my dream, then i got in trouble and couldn’t go.

I too had every intention of making this trip when the schedule was announced last summer. But I’m poor. And my car sucks. Sigh.

I will be at the Canadiens game as well. This is like my 6th Devils game there. I will be in the Molson Ex zone wearing my Pandolfo jersey! If I see ya I owe you a molson ex just for entertaining me.

I will be at the Devs/Caps game tonight. Washington may very well have Montreal’s goaltender in the nets tonight. Does that count? The boys need to skate better than Tuesday.

I’ve been to games in Montreal – good times. They really know how to throw a hockey game up there. Even a non conference game agaisnt the Stars had an electric playoff feel to it. At least from the seats.
I guess it doesn’t hurt to sell out all the time either…

Who would have thought a couple months back this game would turn out to be #1 vs. #2 for the conference lead?
